Online Monitoring of Overhead Lines

The transmission line overhead monitoring system introduced here focuses on online monitoring of overhead line bodies and corridors. It consists of three core devices: visual monitoring, fault monitoring, and micro-meteorological monitoring. Working collaboratively, they comprehensively ensure the safe and stable operation of overhead lines, adapt to various complex field conditions, and support the transformation of power grids toward intelligent operation and maintenance.

Product Presentation

Equipped with high-definition fog-penetrating and night-vision cameras, the visual monitoring device conducts 24/7 uninterrupted monitoring of line bodies, insulators, fittings, and corridor environments. Integrated with AI edge computing, it accurately identifies hidden dangers such as foreign body hanging and tree barrier intrusion, eliminating inspection blind spots and achieving "visible, clear, and early detection".

Using traveling wave ranging and intelligent sensing technologies, the fault monitoring device rapidly captures short-circuit, grounding, and other fault signals, realizing precise location within a hundred-meter level. It pushes real-time alarms, reducing fault response time from hours to minutes, solving the pain points of traditional troubleshooting.

The micro-meteorological monitoring device integrates high-precision sensing modules to collect real-time data on wind speed, temperature, humidity, rainfall, and other parameters. Linked with cloud platforms for analysis and prediction, it prevents line faults caused by severe weather in advance, building a solid meteorological protection barrier for safe line operation.
