01 Philippines Sp22.GPRRPP3(IV).Mt - 0572 Substation Protection Retrofit ProjectCYG SUNRI, as the EPC general contractor, provided comprehensive services for the protection retrofit of four 138kV substations in the Mindanao region of the Philippines for the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP). Covering the entire process from multi-system design, supply, construction to commissioning, this project stands as the company's largest single overseas project to date, laying the foundation for expanding into the Southeast Asian and global power markets.02 Malaysia Bakam 33/11kV Modular Substation ProjectCYG SUNRI provided EPC general contracting services for Sarawak Energy Berhad (SESCO), supplying and constructing one 33/11kV modular substation. As SESCO's first modular substation benchmark demonstration project, it establishes a replicable model for core technologies and delivery models.03 Ethiopia 69 Substations Protection Retrofit EPC ProjectCYG SUNRI's first EPC general contracting project for the Ethiopian power grid, involving protection retrofits for 69 units of 132kV/230kV substations across the country. The project addressed challenges such as obsolete equipment and missing documentation, providing a reliable guarantee for residential and industrial electricity consumption in Ethiopia.04 Indonesia Milawu 2×225MW Coal-fired Power Generation Project & Auxiliary Facilities (275kV Switching Station)CYG SUNRI participated in China Datang Group's first overseas "Greenfield" clean thermal power project, responsible for the NCS system of the plant's step-up substation and the supply of complete secondary equipment for the 275kV substation within the auxiliary facilities. Commissioned in May 2023, this project marks the company's first entry into the Indonesian IPP thermal power sector, laying a crucial foundation for deepening its presence in the Indonesian power market.05 China-Laos Railway Laos Section External Power Supply ProjectA core power supply project supporting the China-Laos Railway, and the first BOT power grid project in Laos. CYG SUNRI provided core automation and protection equipment, offering stable power support for the commissioning and operation of the China-Laos Railway, facilitating the implementation of the "Belt and Road" cooperation.06 Philippines NGCP 11 Substations Monitoring System Retrofit EPC ProjectCYG SUNRI, as the first domestic secondary equipment manufacturer to achieve mass procurement of such projects in the Philippines, provided monitoring system retrofits for 11 cross-regional substations of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP). This significantly elevated the automation level and operational efficiency of the local power grid.
