CYG's composite insulator series is comprehensive, covering voltage levels from 10-1000kV AC and ±400-1100kV DC. They are widely used in high-voltage transmission lines, substations, electrified railways, urban rail transit, and other fields. The core of the product consists of an epoxy resin glass fiber reinforced rod (core rod), a silicone rubber shed-housing sheath, and metal fittings. It employs crimping technology and integral injection molding to ensure mechanical strength and sealing reliability. The silicone rubber material provides excellent hydrophobicity and contamination flashover resistance, enabling safe operation in heavily polluted areas with minimal maintenance and no requirement for zero-value detection. The products offer advantages such as lightweight design, high mechanical strength, and good aging resistance. They have been successfully applied in major projects like the Three Gorges Project, the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, and the "Belt and Road" initiative, and are exported to over 60 countries and regions globally.
