PRS-7973 Multifunction Fault Recorder

The PRS-7973 multifunction fault recorder is mainly used for recording the dynamic fault processes of power system anomalies. It is mainly designed to capture and diagnose the changing process of relative electrical parameters of the power system.

The multifunction fault recorder adopts centralized design concept and allows flexible configuration according to engineering demands. The leading edge modular structure is applied in the hardware and software design of the equipment.

This multifunction fault recorder integrates multiple functions into one unit, provide transient recording, continuous disturbance recording, phasor measurements, power quality monitoring and sequence of events recording.

All recording modes operate independently and simultaneously to provide a complete view of your system event. It’s the ideal tool for capturing all forms of line transients, protection operations, power quality surveys, real time display of station values, stability monitoring, sequence of events recording, etc. It can be powerful to help you optimize your power system to provide fault location, improve reliability, shorten fault clearance times and verify correct operation of your switchgear and protection equipment.
