PRS-7012-NCM New Energy Centralized Control System

PRS-7012-NCM New Energy Centralized Control System

Relying on the rich experience and achievements in the construction of operation and maintenance master stations, dispatching master stations, and new energy substation monitoring systems, Changyuan Shenzhen Rui Relay Protection Automation Co., Ltd. has developed and launched the PRS-7012-NCM New Energy Centralized Control System. The centralized control system is deployed in the centralized control center, undertaking the tasks of remote centralized monitoring, operation, and control of primary and secondary equipment, auxiliary equipment, and power generation equipment in unattended substations within its jurisdiction. It also meets the business needs of operation and maintenance teams for on-site operation and maintenance, equipment management, and emergency response, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of substation equipment.

Product Presentation

The centralized control system, in accordance with the basic requirements of digitalized substation information, networked communication platforms, and standardized information sharing, integrates and optimizes the system to achieve unified access, storage, and display of network-wide information. It supports data acquisition and processing, operation monitoring and control, report management, data forwarding, equipment intelligent diagnosis, web publishing, and other functions, enhancing the operation and maintenance quality of new energy power stations, enriching operation and maintenance methods, and supporting digital transformation.

Product Feature

Technical Specifications

Data Acquisition

Supports acquisition of data from primary equipment, secondary equipment, auxiliary equipment, pad-mounted transformers, inverters/wind turbines, BMS/PCS, etc., within the plant, including status quantities and analog quantities; supports issuing remote control/remote adjustment commands; supports multi-channel access as well as electric energy metering and power forecasting data acquisition.

Data Processing

Includes analog quantity processing (rationality check, zero drift correction, coefficient processing, limit exceedance alarms, etc.), status quantity processing (inversion, blinking alarms, manual data setting, etc.), sequence of events recording (SOE), data quality code marking, and formula calculation (supports various operation types and triggering modes).

Data Storage

Supports second-/minute-level telemetry sampling; historical data is automatically cleared and imported/exported by time; features database storage space warning and time-range filtering functions.

Authority Management

Provides role management, user management, and user work scope management; supports role-permission binding, user password policies, login authentication (password/UKey/fingerprint), and division of operational scope by operation and maintenance teams.

Operation Monitoring

Includes station overview, photovoltaic/wind power/energy storage monitoring, general monitoring screens, dynamic topology analysis and coloring, accident recall and replay, operation control (remote control/remote adjustment, sequence control, batch control), anti-misoperation checking, tag/sign operation, and other operations (alarm suppression, remote control blocking, etc.).

Alarm Management

Provides real-time alarms (graded color/sound prompts, automatic screen push, acknowledgement/clearance, categorized display, filtering by operation and maintenance team, view saving, alarm compression) and historical alarm query (multi-condition combined search, keyword fuzzy search).

Intelligent Diagnosis

Includes power generation analysis (algorithm-based identification of abnormal inverters/wind turbines, analysis of branch currents with alarms) and power regulation tracking (monitoring AGC/AVC data refresh status and command tracking deviation, automatic alarms for anomalies).

Query and Statistics

Supports curve display (real-time/historical telemetry curves, multi-curve display in separate windows, query template saving) and report query (analog/status quantity statistics, daily/monthly/yearly reports, customized templates, export/print, scheduled automatic export).

System Management

Includes channel monitoring (acquisition/forwarding channel status, communication record query), report configuration (report creation/editing, display by operation and maintenance team scope), system operation status monitoring (node/process/resource monitoring, automatic fault switchover, resource limit exceedance alarms), power generation plan management, and clock management (NTP synchronization, manual setting).

Data Forwarding

Supports forwarding the four-remote data (telemetry, telecontrol, telecommand, telemetering) and system-computed data collected by the centralized control system to other systems.

Web Publishing

Supports publishing Security Zone I/II data to Security Zone III via forward/reverse isolation devices; provides Web-based monitoring screens, reports, alarm viewing, and data export/download functions; login is subject to permission control.

Audit Management

Supports audit logging of events such as user login, business operations, and configuration changes; includes audit review, analysis, and reporting functions; audit logs are stored for ≥6 months and cannot be deleted or modified.
