The Pole-mounted SF6-insulated load Break Switch interrupts load and overload currents with manual/electric operation. Its integrated smart controller enables real-time monitoring of voltage, current, SF6 density, and contact position. By coordinating with circuit breakers, it ensures rapid fault isolation and self-healing, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
The interior of the gas tank is filled with SF6 gas, featuring an arc-extinguishing time of ≤ 10ms (1/2 cycle) and excellent insulation recovery performance.
With a spring-operated mechanism that ensures a closing time <60ms and an opening time <40ms, the switch fulfills the critical need for protection grading coordination within the distribution network.
The smart controller works in concert with voltage and current sensors to upload real-time operational data, enabling the system to automatically identify and rapidly isolate faulted sections on the distribution line.
The switch can maintain excellent insulation capacity and breaking capacity even under zero gauge pressure. Its outer shell is made of corrosion-resistant and robust materials, meeting the requirements of the 96-hour salt spray test. It is equipped with low air pressure interlock and manual interlock to ensure the safety of operation and maintenance personnel.
