Composite Insulation Components

Composite Insulation Components are supporting insulation devices that provide mechanical support and electrical insulation for distribution network complete sets. They are compatible with fuses, disconnectors, load switches, switchgear, and more.

Product Presentation

Composite Insulation Components are manufactured with E-CR glass fiber-reinforced polymer rods and an HTV silicone rubber housing. The ECR glass ensures excellent electrical and chemical stability, while the housing offers high hydrophobicity, tracking resistance, and erosion resistance. Utilizing a patented integral molding injection/sealing process, these components deliver stable insulation performance and superior pollution resistance. They are compliant with ANSI/IEC standards and customizable upon request. Core products include outdoor drop-out fuse composite insulators, disconnector composite insulators, and composite bushings for load switch outgoing lines.
