System Quantity: 3 islands, 5 systems
Rated Capacity: 250 KW / 430 KWH
Commissioning Date: Oct 2025
The project covers three islands in Malaysia, deploying a total of 5 systems, each with a capacity of 250KW/450KWH. Each system includes PCS, battery clusters, HMI-based EMS monitoring, communication switches, and temperature control & fire protection modules. Delivery was under FOB domestic port terms, with a total project value of approximately RMB 5.3 million.
The project was officially launched in early March 2025, the owner approved the drawings at the end of April, the customer updated software requirements multiple times in May, and after multiple meetings with the customer for clarification, the final version was confirmed by the end of May. Coordinating all parties, the FAT on-site acceptance of the five sets of systems was completed from June 30 to July 11, during which all 40 issues were closed, and the formal FAT acceptance report stamped by TNB was obtained. The preliminary on-site acceptance was completed in October, and all contract payments were received in the same month. After half a year of trial operation, the final acceptance certificate from TNB was received on April 15, 2026.
During this period, the project encountered multiple core challenges. In the early stage, there was a lack of clarity regarding the owner's drawing requirements, leading to approval obstacles, which were resolved by coordinating on-site face-to-face drawing modifications. At the same time, facing the customer's highly customized strategies and software requirements, as well as customized FAT acceptance criteria, we promoted the process in a timely manner and conducted multiple clarifications, ultimately resolving all issues one by one and successfully delivering the project, providing stable and reliable green power to the islands.
