Project Details

The project involved building SESCO's first modular substation. CYG SUNRI was responsible for the full lifecycle services, including complete equipment supply, design, installation, construction, and commissioning. During execution, challenges were overcome, including design adaptability issues, complex local multi-departmental compliance certifications (including prefabricated cabin fire testing certification), and coordinated control of multi-origin equipment. Through 12 rounds of clarification and optimization, contract technical standards were precisely controlled. The project team earned high praise from the owner for their professional technology, efficient execution, and detailed control capabilities. The modular delivery model provides replicable experience for subsequent regional market expansion.
