The composite insulator for transmission lines (Post Type), rated for voltage classes up to 230kV, is specially designed for conductor support in overhead lines. It is applied in line terminations, angles, and tangents, and can be installed on steel towers or wooden poles. It is compatible with both bare and covered conductors.

Product Presentation

The composite insulator for transmission lines (post type) is made of E-CR fiber-reinforced polymer rods + HTV silicone rubber housing, with ECR glass featuring electrical and chemical stability, and the housing having high hydrophobicity, high tracking, and erosion resistance. Adopts patented integral molding injection/sealing process, with low leakage current and maintenance costs, compliant with ANSI/IEC standards and customizable.
