The composite insulator for transmission lines (post type) is made of E-CR fiber-reinforced polymer rods + HTV silicone rubber housing, with ECR glass featuring electrical and chemical stability, and the housing having high hydrophobicity, high tracking, and erosion resistance. Adopts patented integral molding injection/sealing process, with low leakage current and maintenance costs, compliant with ANSI/IEC standards and customizable.
Suitable for overhead lines of 230kV and below, used to support line conductors such as line terminations, angles, and tangents. Can be installed on steel towers or wooden poles, compatible with bare or covered conductors.
