The hollow core type comprises aluminum alloy flanges, a glass fiber-reinforced resin tube, and a silicone rubber housing with sheds. It is compatible with high-voltage equipment such as GIS switchgear, transformers, and surge arresters.
Both variants feature a material composition with strong hydrophobicity, ensuring low leakage current and minimal maintenance requirements. Manufactured using a proprietary HTV silicone rubber formula and a patented integral molding injection/sealing process, they comply with ANSI/IEC standards and are available for customization.
Used in power plants and substations for insulation and mechanical fixation of busbars and electrical equipment. Solid core type is suitable for reactors, busbars, isolation switches, etc.; hollow core type is commonly used in high-voltage equipment such as GIS combination switches, transformers, surge arresters.
