Composite Insulator for Electrical Railway

Designed specifically for railway electrification systems, composite insulators for electrical railway are suitable for voltages up to 230kV. Available in cantilever, tension, and phase-separation types, they are adaptable for both train and metro systems.

Product Presentation

Applied in railway electrification overhead contact lines, composite insulators  provide mechanical connection and electrical insulation between the contact line and support structures. Manufactured with an E-CR fiber-reinforced polymer rod and an HTV silicone rubber housing, they support both single-insulation and double-insulation designs.

 

The composite insulators for electrical railway feature high hydrophobicity, excellent pollution resistance, and superior vibration resistance, resulting in low maintenance requirements. Utilizing a patented integral molding injection/sealing process, they comply with ANSI/IEC standards and are available for customization.
