Project Details

The project involved protection retrofits for substations in the Mindanao region of the Philippines. Services covered the design, supply, transportation, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of grounding systems and installation materials, lighting systems, protection and control equipment, AC/DC systems, video access control systems, communication systems, and control buildings. During project execution, challenges such as differences in localized labor practices, lack of EPC project management experience, and complex procurement control were overcome. With a professional team and efficient coordination capabilities, the project gained high recognition from the owner in terms of quality control, safety management, and project coordination, fully validating the company's capability to execute international projects.
